Family Ties and Lasting Connections

Shelden’s legacy extends beyond his professional achievements. He is survived by his loving wife, Paula Banks DeTrafford, daughter Rebecca Joy Ramsey, and granddaughter Sophia Joy Andres. The DeTrafford family also includes the ever-faithful Buster DeTrafford, known as “The Goodest Boy.” Shelden’s extended family, including in-laws Winnie, Tina, Amy, and Bridget, as well as Tere, Elizabeth, Katherine, George, Pam, and Melissa, mourn his passing.
