Born in Franklin, Paula was the eldest child of Lionel and Barbara Martin, and her life was marked by love, family, and a profound sense of community. In 1978, Paula married the love of her life, Mark Loveless. Their union was a testament to enduring love and commitment, lasting nearly 46 years. Together, they built a life in Baldwin, raising two daughters, Dana and Jenny, and creating a home filled with warmth and love.

Cooking and sewing were among her favorite pastimes, but her true passion was spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Paula leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her husband, Mark Loveless; daughters Dana and Jenny and their companions Jeremy Myers and Ashley Landry, respectively; three grandchildren – Caleb Loveless and his wife Reba, Amber Smith, and Bryson Myers; and her great-granddaughter, Emma Claire Loveless. Her brother, Randy G. Martin, and his wife Tammy, also mourn her passing. Additionally, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends share in the collective grief.
A Final Farewell
The Loveless family invites friends and well-wishers to pay their respects at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin on February 9th. Visiting hours begin at 8:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Paula will be laid to rest in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Father Michael DeBlanc will officiate the Mass, with Jeremy Myers, Caleb Loveless, Bryson Myers, Jeffery Loveless, Michael “The Dog” Picard Sr., and Kient Martin serving as pallbearers, and Randy G. Martin as an honorary pallbearer.
