Beyond his love for outdoor pursuits, Steve was a proud Harley Davidson enthusiast. Steve faced challenges in life, having lost his parents, Woodrow and Edna Coburn Howard, as well as his brother, Galen L. Howard. Maggard’s Mtn. View Chapel will host a Celebration of Life Service on February 10, 2024, from 12-2 PM, honoring Steve’s memory. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to F.E.A.T. of Louisville or Shriners Hospitals for Children, reflecting Steve’s compassionate and giving nature.
