Born on March 21, 1942, in St. Albans, VT, Patricia was the daughter of the late Raymond A. Roberts and Eva Maskell-Roberts. Patricia was a stalwart of the City of Rensselaer, dedicating her life to public service and community betterment. From 1979 to 2009, she served as an administrative manager for the NYS Senate, where her commitment to excellence and tireless work ethic left an indelible mark.
