Surrounded by his loved ones at his family home, Spencer found peace in his final days, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and love. Spencer is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Ewen (Marques), whom he cherished as his greatest advocate and the love of his life. As the only child of Barry Ewen, Spencer leaves a profound void in his family, but his memory will forever be cherished by his big brother and close friend, Chris Feil, and his niece, Carissa Feil. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Spencer was preceded in death by his loving mother, Nancy Ewen, and his cherished grandparents.

Born on December 4th, 1998, in Guelph, Ontario, Spencer spent his life in Fergus, where his outgoing and charming personality endeared him to everyone he met. Graduating from Centre Wellington District High School in 2017, Spencer pursued a career as a Sheet Metal Worker with great passion and success, spending the last five years at Arthurs Fuel. His love for cars was evident as he found joy in attending car shows and working on vehicles with friends. At just 24, Spencer fulfilled a dream by purchasing a Honda S2000 shortly before his wedding to Tina in July 2023. Their joyous departure from the wedding, hands clasped and bouquet aloft, captured the essence of their love and shared dreams.

From a young age, Spencer found pleasure in collecting hockey cards, a hobby that evolved into a passionate pursuit during his final months. He delighted in buying, selling, and displaying his card collection, finding joy in every aspect of the hobby. Known for his adventurous spirit, Spencer filled his summers with activities like fishing, camping, attending concerts, and spontaneous weekend trips with friends. His zest for life was evident in every moment, and he lived each day to its fullest.
