Born on January 9, 1941, in Graham, OK, she was the daughter of the late Mr. William Jesper Briscoe, Sr., and Mrs. Frances Marie (Hope) Briscoe. Per her wishes, no formal services will be held, and cremation services are entrusted to Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.

Patricia was raised in the idyllic landscapes of Graham, Healdton, and Wilson. From an early age, she exhibited a compassionate and caring nature, traits that would define her life’s purpose. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for family values and the importance of cherishing every moment with loved ones.
