Her legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family and community will forever be remembered. Judy dedicated herself to serving others throughout her life. She worked as an insurance adjustor for seven years before moving to Hixson in 1985. Originally from Columbus, OH, Judy brought her warmth and compassion with her wherever she went, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Judy was preceded in death by her beloved son, Paul “Buddy” Hartley, II, her parents, Charles and Olga Beckwith, and her cherished little yorkie, “Dolly.” She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Paul Hartley, Sr., her son Brandon (Debbie) Hartley, and her daughter Paula (David) Garren. Judy’s legacy of love lives on through her grandchildren: Erica (Wesley) Hysell, Becky Alycia Derriek, Ethan Hartley, and Brittney Danielle Hartley. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Ryan, Audrey, Savannah, Arissa, Rhett, Lydia, and Finn, who brought endless joy and laughter into her life.
