Yvonne Orloski Obituary, Death- On Friday, February 2, 2024, Petrolia bid farewell to a remarkable soul. Yvonne Clare (Kuhn) Orloski, aged 83, transitioned to her eternal abode. Yvonne’s life was a tapestry woven with threads of laughter, tears, and, above all, prayers. Her journey was one marked by an unwavering commitment to faith and love, leaving an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to know her. Born on July 11, 1940, in Herman, Yvonne was the youngest daughter of Joseph and Clare (Michel) Kuhn. On August 13, 1960, she entered into a lifelong companionship with William “Big Bill” Orloski. Together, they embarked on a journey filled with joy, challenges, and enduring love. Yvonne’s family roots ran deep, and her commitment to her husband, children, and extended family was unwavering.

A Woman of Many Talents

Yvonne’s life was a tapestry of diverse experiences. From her early days in retail and finance to teaching ceramics and owning and operating a greenhouse, she embraced every opportunity that came her way. Her versatility extended to being a CCD coordinator, showcasing her deep connection to her faith. Despite the challenges of caring for a chronically ill child, Yvonne’s abilities and love knew no bounds. She navigated these complexities with grace, leaving an inspiring legacy of resilience. Yvonne is survived by her children, Bill (Mona) Orloski, Steve (Tammy) Orloski, Erika (Rick) Mulligan, and Lesley (Dave) McGregor. Additionally, seven grandchildren – Megan, Julia, Bryce, Allison, David, Morgan, and Ethan – and one great-granddaughter, Aubrey, carry forward the essence of her love. Her sister, Rita Musthaf, remains a pillar of support for the family.

In Memoriam

Yvonne’s journey was marked by both joy and sorrow. She weathered the storms of life, including the loss of her beloved husband, Bill Orloski, and son, Joey Orloski. The memories of her parents, Joseph and Clare Kuhn, and sisters, Wilma Bauer, Birty Lou Steighner, and Veronica Kuhn, live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. “I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. Celebration of Life

Friends and well-wishers are invited to pay their respects to Yvonne Clare (Kuhn) Orloski at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman, providing an opportunity to celebrate her life and legacy. In the embrace of her faith, surrounded by love, Yvonne Orloski’s journey transcended earthly bounds. As we bid farewell, her laughter, prayers, and unwavering love echo in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in the tapestry of her extraordinary life.
